The 26-year-old made the decision to give up his luxurious lifestyle in order to visit South Africa and use his 300-hectare Hakuna Mipaka charity to aid hundreds of wounded and orphaned animals.
Dean Schneider is a wonderful role model for many individuals. He began this magnificent initiative, in which captive-born lions, zebras, impalas, hyenas, and even baboons are protected, more than a year ago.
The phrase “beyond limitations” is a Swahili term that serves as the organization’s name. Schneider is passionate about his profession and has always been drawn to the animal kingdom, which is why he has always been drawn to animal rescue groups and films.
He resided in Europe, notably Switzerland, where he worked as a financial advisor, before deciding to change his life.
Through his social media accounts, particularly Instagram, where he has more than 600,000 followers and receives tens of thousands of praises everyday for his bravery and commitment, Schneider also strives to highlight the beauty of the animal kingdom.
In the mission statement for his website, Schneider stated:
“My goal is to spread awareness of nature and the wonders of the animal realm to as many people as I can. I really think that information, enthusiasm, and compelling visual storytelling can alter people’s perspectives and help rescue species.
