Rescued Baby Monkey Is So Excited To Meet His New Family
Wild animals are content in their natural habitat and shouldn’t be kept as pets, but some people don’t seem to get this and opt to bring an unusual animal into their house.
When a young monkey was being kept as a pet in the state of Essex, someone called the RSPCA of England to let them know about the issue. The organization’s members made the decision to check the animal’s status at that time, and when they saw TikTok the monkey, they were deeply affected.
TikTok was too young to live alone in a little cages, and he also didn’t belong so soon away from his parents.
Given that monkeys are wild creatures and not pets, it was obvious that he was not receiving the care he required.
Inspector Jack Taylor of the RSPCA stated in a statement:
“Primates are extremely sociable, clever, and sensitive creatures with complex requirements that cannot be satisfactorily addressed in a home environment.”
Fortunately, the group members were able to come to an understanding with the animal’s owners and were allowed to take the animal into their care. TikTok was looking for the ideal foster home when Monkey World volunteered to look after him and provide him all the care he need.
Director of Monkey World Alison Cronin traveled to the RSPCA facility to pick up little TikTok and transport him to his new home.

In an effort to find him an adoptive family, the center staff chose to introduce him to two monkeys by the names of Clydie and Ronnie. Both primates were familiar with how difficult TikTok had been since they had both been rescued from undesirable circumstances.
When TikTok first noticed them, he sprang onto his new mother’s back and squealed; Clydie didn’t care and began caressing him.
Staff at Monkey World stated in a statement:
“Clydie charged, groomed, and guarded tiny TikTok, treating him like his own right away.”
The monkey was found to be roughly six months old and barely weighed a little more than half a pound after undergoing a number of medical examinations.
He really needed his parents’ help, and happily, he could access them at his new house.
They formed a charming family since Clydie and Ronnie were so ecstatic to have their new adopted kid that they never left his side.
TikTok and its adoptive parents are a sweet illustration of why monkeys should not be kept as pets and should instead be let in the wild.
